Coats and Shoes Campaign

Sponsored by The Woodford County Woman’s Club

Today was a special day at Simmons Elementary. We had the opportunity to take a group of K-5 boys and girls shopping! The Woodford County Woman’s Club sponsored these children to get new coats and shoes.

We had a wonderful time choosing the best fit and making new friends. They were thrilled to see Mr. Caudill join us to help our friends pick out coats. The students even had a doughnut breakfast afterwards!

Special thanks to the Woodford County Woman’s Club and our counselors (Sandra Dugan and Jennifer Kellogg) for putting our students needs first.
